The 2025 PNW Regional Mass Timber Market Study was commissioned by the PNW Mass Timber Tech Hub to provide a comprehensive analysis of the region’s mass timber market. This work supported additional funding application to the Tech Hub program through the federal government, as well as informed future programs run by the tech hub to support the growth of the industry.
Conifer Advising was the primary contact and project manager throughout the project, as well as the lead on the mass timber demand analysis, policy analysis, and a collaborator on the mass timber supply analysis. Conifer Advising also compiled the final report, including the layout of the report and the graphic design of the tables and charts and graphs.
